About Our Company
How does a vegetable wooden crate builder established a business that is now exporting its produce at a global scale?
When Don Pedro Puebla started selling handmade wooden crates in 1936, he didn’t imagine that 84 years later this undertaking would become a company of its current size, having 3 different business units and creating jobs for an important number of people from his local community.
After 4 generations, what started as a family business in a small workshop in Mendoza, Argentina, today exports top quality products to America, Europe, and Asia.
Our Products
Grown under the strictest quality standards and through environmentally sustainable practices, on rich soil with the perfect thermal amplitude of our fields.
This is the most traditional variety of garlic commonly found in markets. Evenly shaped cloves. They are wrapped in multiple layers and that is why its shelf life is longer than that of others. It has an intense scent and mild flavor.
Grown and harvested according to USDA Organic best practices. Formed by abundant white or golden cloves. Also has an intense scent and mild flavor.
Contains medium-sized cloves in shades between red and brown. It’s from the hardneck variety, so the floral stem is present. Spicy flavor and intense aroma.
It belongs to the hard neck variety as it has the presence of the flower stem. Its skin is white with purple veins. It contains fewer cloves than other varieties but in a larger size. Good conservation. Spicy flavor and intense aroma.
Our oil extraction process is carried out at temperatures below 80ºF to prevent the oil from losing its natural properties. Made with a blend of olive varieties grown in our fields. Soft flavor, mild aroma.
Our prunes are carefully selected from our crop fields, choosing top-quality plums, followed by the drying process. Soft flavor and concentrated sweetness.
